Skúlagarður restaurant

Our restaurant focuses on locally sourced ingredients. We are sheep farmers so the menu will emphasize on the Icelandic lamb. Other raw materials on the menu include the Arctic charr from our neighbors in Kelduhverfi, the farm next to us produce high-quality beef and locally sourced vegetables. 

We are therefore environmental, sustainable and we are able to keep our carbon footprint to the absolute minimum. 

The a la carte restaurant is open from 18 – 21 during summer, and upon requests during winter.
